Ky-Mani

Ky-ManiHis third album, untitled, is nearly complete, Ky-mani definitely is a celebrity in his own right. On the 26th of February in 1976 Ky-mani Marley was born to famous Robert Nesta Marley and Jamaican table tennis champion Anita Belnavis, in Falmouth, Jamaica. East African word Ky-mani means "adventurous traveler". For a man who lives up his title, each album or travel experience is an experience. The Journey, his musical journey, began in the year 1999. Through an eclectic approach, he sought out his uniqueness, roaming the musical spectrum and exploring his diverse talent. As of 2001 Many More Roads (Grammy-nominated) A "traditional" reggae album was released exposing a more mature Ky-mani. Many More Roads, as well as The Journey are well-received across the globe and established Ky-Mani's position as an independently-minded "artist". Ky-Mani combines roots reggae and hip-hop R&B, and contemporary jazz to form his unique sound.
